How long have you been a licensed captain?
7 Years

What types of fish do you catch?
Tarpon, Permit, Bonefish, Snook, and Redfish are my primary targets. I also catch triple tail, trout.

What areas of South Florida do you fish?
I predominantly fish the Florida Keys but I am also available to fish the Everglades and 10,000 Islands out of Everglades City.

What type of boat do you have?
I have a all carbon Chittum Mangrove 18

How many people can go fishing?
I can accommodate 1-2 anglers

Do you specialize in fly fishing?
I do specialize in fly fishing

Do you offer fly or spin fishing charters?
I also offer spin/conventional fishing

Do you do 1/2 day, 3/4 day and full day charters?
During Tarpon Season (March-June) I only offer Full Day charters. Other times are $650/half day, $750/three quarter day.

What are your rates?
$850/day for a full day

Do you have any family history with fishing?
My father Steve has been a full time fishing guide since 1968 and is in the IGFA Hall of Fame and my brother Dustin has been a full time fishing guide in the Florida Keys since 1995.

Where do you launch your boat from / or where should your clients meet you?
I live in Marathon, FL but launch anywhere from Grassy Key to Key West depending on the weather and fishing. In the Everglades I launch my boat from a private ramp in Chokoloskee. My clients meet me at our shop in Everglades City, 206 Buckner Avenue S, Everglades City, FL 34139

What do you provide?
I can provide fly and spin tackle. I have Hardy and Sage flyrods and Tibor fly reels.
I provide a cooler with ice and water to drink.
Clients must bring lunch and anything else they want to eat or drink.
Clients must also buy a visitor pass to the park. Passes are $15 and are valid for 7 days. Passes can be purchased online here.

What should the angler bring? Sunscreen, hat, glasses, wading boots??
Anglers should bring a hat, sunscreen/sun protection, polarized sunglasses.

What kind of wildlife will we see?
We see lots of birds (raptors, wading birds, and diving birds), dolphins, manatees and alligators and the occasional saltwater crocodile
